DESCRIPTION
Constructs a pattern representing 'face'. 'file' and 'id' are used solely as data for pattern elements (FC_FILE,
FC_INDEX and sometimes FC_FAMILY). FcBlanks is deprecated, blanks is ignored and accepted only for compatibility
with older code.
